Cancellation & Refund Policy for TechCognita Learning Hub


1. Cancellation Policy:


1.1 Course Cancellation by TechCognita:

In the event that TechCognita cancels a course, enrolled participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to another available course.


1.2 Participant Cancellation:

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in a course must notify TechCognita in writing at least 15 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.


2. Refund Policy:


2.1 Full Refund:

- If TechCognita cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.

- Participants who cancel their enrollment at least 15 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.


2.2 Partial Refund:

- Participants who cancel within 5 days of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, determined at the discretion of TechCognita.


2.3 No Refund:

- No refund will be provided for participants who cancel after the course has commenced.


3. How to Request a Refund:


To request a refund, participants must contact TechCognita at shindeatharv576@gmail.com and provide the following details:

- Full Name

- Course Name

- Reason for Cancellation


Refund requests will be processed within 1 business days.


4. Transfer of Enrollment:


Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to another available course within 15 days of the original course start date, subject to availability and approval by TechCognita.


5. Changes to Course Dates:


In the event that TechCognita reschedules a course, participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled dates may request a full refund.
